Sweet banitsa with manna croup


1 kg flour

1 teacup of manna croup

1 ½ teacup of water

1 teaspoon of salt


Boil the manna croup and put it to the drain. Heat the oil into a frying pan and fry the manna croup. After it prepare a soft dough by mixing 1 ½ cup of water, a teaspoon of salt and flour.Divide the dough in equal pieces and roll them out. Roll each ball of dough into a thin pastry sheets. Each pastry sheet is coated with oil, sprinkled with manna croup and rolled up. Bake it in an oven. When it cools, pour it on with sweet water.
