Ingredients:
1kg of pork, ½ kg of veal, 1 chicken, 1 piece of blood sausage, 1 piece of sausage, 300gr. salty bacon, 1-2 kg pickled beetroot, 1 kg of sauerkraut, 300 gr. rice, 250 ml white wine, 1 teaspoon of oil
Preparation:
Cut the salty bacon into small pieces; with part of them cover the bottom of the ceramic pot.
In the ceramic pot put a row of sauerkraut, then a row of meat, rice and pickled beetroot. Repeat this until the pot is full; the last row should be sauerkraut and on the top of it put the other part of the salty bacon. Pour it with the white wine. Put some oil.
Bake the ceramic pot in an oven. It is cooked slowly in an oven for about 4-5 hours.
